Online Credit Card
Log on to pay parking tickets online to pay outstanding tickets with a credit card. A surcharge applies to credit card payments. Tickets are cleared twice daily at the Registry of Motor Vehicles but if your payment includes tickets that are MARKED at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, it can take up to four days for your tickets to be cleared.
By Mail
Mail payments to Parking Clerk, 10 Central Street, Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA 01944. Tickets which have been marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles for non-renewal of license and registration must be paid by cash or bank check. Personal checks cannot be accepted.
In Person
Tickets may be paid at the Parking Clerk’s office in the Town Hall, room 4 during regular business hours, which are Monday through Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please note: Tickets paid in person must be paid by cash or bank check. No personal checks or credit card payments in person.
