Manchester Wetlands Regulations - Amended 8/31/21

The Manchester Conservation Commission (MCC) wishes to highlight and further protect eelgrass habitat in waters under its jurisdiction per the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 131, sec. 40 and its Regulations, 310 CMR 10.00; and the Manchester General Wetlands By-Law, XVII, and its Regulations. Overview


The Conservation Commission is required by state law to administer and enforce the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act within the community. The Commission also administers and enforces the local wetlands by-law and manages Town-owned conservation land.
