Overview

Manchester’s annual salute to America is a wonderful tradition, complete with stirring music, precision marching bands, imaginative home made floats, antique cars, and just about everything else that represents the pride and patriotism we all share for our country. Simply stated, Manchester’s Fourth of July Celebration is small town America at its very best!  2021 will look a little different but Manchester will Celebrate none the less!

*Instead of a parade this year (2021):

There will be no traditional 4th of July Parade.  Instead we will be asking families to enter their houses into a house decorating contest.  Just as we have done with floats, we will have an online form to fill out.  Households are asked to decorate their house or yard, however they would like to decorate their own address.  Please only residents of that household should participate in the decorating.  Houses that can be seen from the street may enter.
From the list of entrants (people who fill out the form and officially enter) the 4th of July Committee will make a list for the public to go out and view, in their cars only, anytime between Noon on July 3rd and 5pm on July 4th.  The list will also be posted on social media.  Pictures to be posted on social media as well.  Prizes will be given according to categories that will be on the entry form and announced later.  The Entry Form will be available online from June 1st-July 1st.
