Wellness Programs

STRONG WOMEN PROGRAM: Meets every Monday and Thursday from 8:30-9:30 AM at the Community Center. Classes are $3 per session or $6 a week. Classes designed to increase strength, flexibility and endurance. Lynne Umstead a physical therapist leads the classes. Paperwork is available at the C.O.A. office.

 ZUMBA: Tuesday, 10:00-11:00 AM at the Congregational Chapel, this class is free and open to all seniors. Start date to be determined.
