BOS WEEKLY UPDATE – August 16, 2018
Construction Work: Lincoln Street, between Summer and School Streets, is slated to be milled and new pavement applied over the course of the next 2-3 weeks. Updates on this work and other DPW projects will be posted on the Town’s web site.
State Primary Day is September 4! The polls will be open at the Memorial School Gymnasium from 7AM until 8PM on Tuesday, September 4 for the state primary elections. Be informed and vote!
Note our upcoming Meeting Schedule: The next Board of Selectmen meeting will be Tuesday September 4th due to the Labor Day holiday. A special joint meeting with the Finance Committee to review the plans for the new elementary school is scheduled for September 5. The meeting after that will be Monday September 17th.
Boards & Committees: We still have 2 Alternate positions open for the Zoning Board of Appeals. If interested please fill out a volunteer application form which can be found on the Town’s web site.
